She took my measurements and said she’d get my prescription from my regular eye doctor and I should get my new sunglasses in about 2 weeks! Much faster than my regular eye doctor can do for me with limited options. Office was very clean and updated and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Karen Malaski at another practice I went to 5 years ago so I found her here now, and I'm glad I did! As far as booking appointments, clarifying communication norms with the practice, timelines for delivery, and insurance info/coverage, and overall ease of use - Chagrin Valley Optometrist is about as frictionless as it gets in medical care !
